How My Marketing Cure collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us, written the way we'd want it explained to us.
We only ask for what we need to answer your question, run your diagnosis, and deliver the work you hired us for.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If you give us your phone number, you agree we may contact you about your inquiry or engagement by phone, email, or text message. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to opt out of marketing email. Opting out of marketing doesn't stop essential service messages about active work, such as invoices or scheduling.
Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.
You can ask us at any time to:
Email or call us using the details below and we'll respond within the time the law allows. We may need to verify your identity first, and we won't discriminate against you for making a request.
We are based in Plano and most of the people who contact us are in Texas, so the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) applies to how we handle your information. If you are a Texas resident, you have the right to:
We have never sold personal data for money and we do not intend to. We do use advertising and analytics tools that set cookies, and under Texas law sharing data with those tools for targeted advertising can count as a "sale" even when no money changes hands. You can opt out of that in two ways: email us using the details below, or turn on a universal opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honour automatically.
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Texas privacy request", or call 817-616-5155. We will respond within 45 days, and may take a further 45 days for complicated requests if we tell you why. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.
You can appeal any decision by replying to our response within 30 days. We will review it and write back within 60 days. If we still say no, you can complain to the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.
If you live outside Texas, write to us anyway. We handle every request the same way rather than checking which state you are in first.
We keep information for as long as we're working with you, and afterward only as long as we need it for legal, tax, and record-keeping purposes, then we delete or anonymize it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including limited access and reputable vendors. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security of anything transmitted over the internet.
Our services are for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we'll delete it.

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The effective date at the top will always tell you which version you're reading. Material changes will be posted here.
