You deal with the owner. Phil runs the diagnosis, writes the plan, and stays on it through rollout. Nothing gets passed to a junior, and nothing gets padded to justify a bigger invoice.

No. Ongoing work runs month to month and you can stop with 30 days' notice. If a plan only works because you're locked into it, it isn't much of a plan.

Retention work, follow-up and reactivation, tends to show up first, often inside the first month or two, because you're selling to people who already know you. Building new demand takes longer. Phil will tell you which one you're buying before you spend anything.

No, but you do need a real one. Plans are scoped to what you can actually spend, and plenty of owners start with one project rather than a monthly retainer. The pricing page lays out the ranges.

Either. Some owners hand the whole thing over. Others have someone in-house or a freelancer who needs direction, and Phil works as the outside set of eyes instead. Say which you want at the diagnosis.

That's common, and it doesn't have to mean firing anyone. Often the agency is doing exactly what it was hired to do, and the gap is elsewhere. If your current setup is working, we will tell you so.
